At iCommunic8 Day, Communicare’s annual staff conference, the Strategic Pillars and Values that form the bold Strategic Plan for Communicare’s next few years were shared company-wide.
The focus of the day was the launch of our new Strategic Pillars and Values, which will help us achieve our goals to best position Communicare and White Ribbon Australia for continued growth and to make a difference in the lives of Australians.
Communicare has produced a series of videos that explain our new Strategic Pillars and Values and their significance. The videos feature staff from across Communicare, highlighting what each pillar and value means to them and the work they do. You can view them below:

To summarise, the new Values and Strategic Pillars will strengthen Communicare’s capacity to achieve:
- Organisational Commitments: Evidence and Impact, Child Safeguarding, being Trauma-Informed, and ensuring Cultural Safety.
- Our Purpose: Providing services that support people and communities to thrive.
- Our Aspiration: A nation where every person is safe, included, and connected.
The Strategic Plan for Communicare is reviewed every three years to ensure that Communicare remains optimally positioned to achieve its goals.
